Online Adoption Information Evening 8.10.20
Focusing on BAME and transracial adoption.
This event will focus particularly on the needs of the children of colour waiting for adoptive families, but is relevant and open to anyone considering adoption. Here at CCS we are keen to encourage more people of colour to adopt and also more people to consider adopting transracially where this is possible and in the best interests of children.
CCS Adoption, your local independent, voluntary adoption agency in Bristol, is running an online adoption Information Session to give you the opportunity to find out more about adoption, the children who need adoptive families and CCS Adoption – the region’s only Ofsted “Outstanding” adoption agency.
There will be a short presentation at 5.15pm via Zoom with a Q&A session with our adopters and you’ll get to hear about their experiences and find out more about the application process and the support we offer after adoption through our Centre for Adoption Support and Education.
Our expert adoption team will be able to answer any questions you might have and to tell you more about the lifelong support and training we provide. You’ll find out what the next steps are if you decide that adoption is right for you.
We will be holding this Information Session via Zoom, so if you want to book yourself a place in order to receive an invitation to the meeting in advance please use the booking button below and then we will send you an invitation to the meeting. CCS can only work with people living within about an hour’s travelling distance of our office in Bristol. If you want to find out more in advance email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
