Friends of CCS – Bag2School 21.09.22

The Friends of CCS Adoption have partnered up with Bag2Organisation, a fantastic company that specialises in the reuse and recycling of good quality second-hand clothing and we have arranged our very first collection for Wednesday 21st September. This service is a fabulous way to have a good old clear-out and make some space whilst raising funds for The Centre Recovery Appeal.

What we are collecting: good quality items for RE-USE: men’s, ladies’ & children’s clothing, paired shoes, handbags, belts & accessories (we cannot accept uniforms, workwear, pillows, duvets, or pieces of fabric). All the bags will be weighted and a donation will be paid for the total weight collected directly to CCS Adoption, the more we collect the greater the benefit to CCS Adoption!

You can use any bag, there is no limit! When the clothes have been removed from the bag, the plastic will be packed and sent for recycling.

Date: Tuesday 20th September, 9 am – 5 pm

Date: Wednesday 21st September, 9 am only as collection due at 9:30 am
