Thoughts on Lockdown from Hope

Lockdown. A word you hear all the time now. Being in lockdown means that we can’t do the fun activities we would usually like to do but most of all we can’t see the people we love. It’s important to remember that even though we have this pandemic in the world, we will make it through. It won’t be here forever.

The good thing about this pandemic is that it brings families together and you don’t have the pressure of doing work at school! I guess the lockdown has really changed everyone’s life, but we can all get through this if we work together.

Lots of people have been doing activities outside like playing football but here are some more ideas of activities to do:

  • Cycling
  • Dancing
  • Charades
  • Jogging
  • Yoga
  • Reading
  • Online workouts
  • Make dinner with your family
  • Bake a cake

Also remember to drink lots of water because it is going to be about 26 degrees for a while!!

Times have been difficult, but they will get better. We have all struggled through this lockdown, but we will make it through.
