Voices of Adoption – St Mary Redcliffe Lent Appeal 2019

Interested in learning about adoption from adopters themselves?

Join us on Saturday 9th March for a special ‘Voices of Adoption’ event at St Mary Redcliffe Church, Bristol, as part of our 2019 Lent Appeal campaign.

The evening will feature a panel of adoptive parents along with professionals who have experience working in the field of adoption. This is a great opportunity for anyone who would like to understand more about the challenges and rewards of adoption and learn more about the impact of early-life trauma on children. If you have adopted yourself why not come along and join in the conversation?

All the money raised by the Lent Appeal will be put towards the provision of the children’s clubs at The Centre for Adoption Support & Education. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about how the activities organised at The Centre provide vital support to both the children and their families, enabling them to heal.

This is a free event however donations are welcomed. There will be a bar selling tea, coffee and wine.
