Friends of CCS – Bag2Charity 06.12.22

After the success of the first one, The Friends of CCS Adoption are organising a second clothing donation for CCS Adoption!

In partnership with Bag2Organisation, a fantastic company that specialises in the reuse and recycling of good quality second-hand clothing, we have arranged the collection for Tuesday the 6th of December. This service is a fabulous way to have a good old clear-out and make some space whilst raising vital funds.

What we are collecting: good quality items for RE-USE: men’s, ladies’ & children’s clothing, paired shoes, handbags, belts & accessories (we cannot accept uniforms, workwear, pillows, duvets, or pieces of fabric). All the bags will be weighed and a donation will be paid for the total weight collected directly to CCS Adoption, the more we collect the greater the benefit to CCS Adoption!

You can use any bag, there is no limit! When the clothes have been removed from the bag, the plastic will be packed and sent for recycling.

Date for dropping clothing: Tuesday 29th November until Friday 2nd December, from 9 am to 5 pm

Collection date: Tuesday 6th December
