— Learning to use Attachment and Trauma-Informed therapeutic understandings and approaches to practice transitions with your child and prepare for significant transitions on the horizon (e.g. change of school, holiday, moving house).
— Recognising and responding to maladaptive responses to transitions (e.g. avoidance, anxiety, rage).
— Learning to adapt expectations and approaches to a child’s developmental stage (which may be different to their chronological age).
