Preparing for Tweens & Teens

This session prepares and supports adopters as their children grow towards, or begin, their adolescent years. Parents will gain a better understanding of the many challenges faced by their children during these years, and be able to explore ways to improve their relationship with their growing child, supporting emotional regulation and reducing risk-taking behaviour.

— If you are an adopter with CCS Adoption, training is free of charge.

— If you have adopted via another agency, you will need to discuss funding for the training with someone from that agency, and they may wish to book the training for you.
