Independent Social Workers
We are currently looking for independent social workers who are able to work with families who live in Bristol or up to an hour from Bristol. This may include Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire.
Work may include: Adoption assessments (stage 1 + 2 or just stage 2), family finding, making and supporting placements or Intermediary Work with adult adoptees/relatives.
You will need to be Social Work England registered and have at least three years post qualifying experience, preferably in adoption or fostering.

We are currently interested in hearing from clinicians with training in Theraplay® and experience working with adopted children and families, and trauma, in an attachment-based setting. In addition to Theraplay®, we also continue to be interested in hearing from clinicians with knowledge of DDP, NVR, Life Journey work, Filial Play Therapy, EMDR, VIG, and/ or other creative therapies.
