Adoption is a lifelong journey, and families sometimes face tough moments linked to early trauma and loss. At those times, the right support can make a huge difference.

Right now, many adoptive families are under extra pressure. Funding for adoption support is uncertain, even though children’s needs are growing. Families tell us that when support is delayed, small worries can quickly become bigger struggles. This puts stress on parents and children who are already doing their very best.

At CCS Adoption, we want every family to get the help they need, when they need it. But with reduced funding, this is becoming harder to deliver.

That’s why we are launching a £10,000 Match Funding Appeal, thanks to a generous donor! Until the end of March, every pound you give will be doubled, helping us reach families who might otherwise have to wait. Your support will help us continue the services that keep families strong, connected, and hopeful.

— £15 — Gives a young person a fun‑filled holiday activity day where they can make friends, explore who they are, and build confidence.

— £35 — Supports a term of trauma‑informed Tots sessions, helping newly adopted toddlers and their parents grow attachment in a gentle, nurturing environment.

— £75 — Provides an adopted child with six weeks of equine‑assisted support, helping them grow trust, confidence and emotional well-being with rescued ponies and horses.

— £100 — Funds a session with a Family Support Worker, offering guidance and support during challenging moments at home or school.
